  I came in to get an alignment and tire replacement due to outside shoulder wear on my Nissan Leaf. The gentleman who "helped" me assured me that I didn't need an alignment and that these Prius' (he kept calling my Leaf a Prius) have the shoulder wear problem due to the weight of the batteries (interesting since my other car, a Prius, doesn't have these signs). He told me that if I just make sure I rotate my tires regularly I should avoid having the issue quite so badly in the future. He told me to come back in 5k miles for a free rotation. Well, at around 4k miles, the set they had rotated to the front were again bald on the shoulders. I went to Les Schwab where they did an alignment check.....guess what, I needed an alignment adjustment! Turn out, Discount doesn't even DO alignments. So, rather than just being honest with me, telling me they don't do alignments and having a customer for life, they got their sale of two tires and will never get my business again..... meanwhile they cost me a set of tires thousands of miles early.....
