  So I've been living three years here now and I've been pretty satisfied. The apartment grounds always look clean and organized, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood and there's always parking. Their gym facilities are pretty good; you get a pretty decent selection of equipment to use. Neighbors for the most part keep to themselves. Any requests from management get taken care of pretty quick, so we appreciate that.
  What I don't like about the place is obviously the constant high rental prices but maybe that's not their doing, just that Oregon is too expensive to live in. Currently my two bedroom goes for about $1300 a month on a year lease. You pay all utilities and if you want to pay your rent online they charge a fee (so I pay in check and avoid that).
  When we switched from a one bedroom to a two about a year ago they returned all our deposit (because we left it spotless) so at least I can say they aren't trying to take your money by charging you for bogus things after you move out. Just make sure that while you're living there if something breaks you immediately call it in to get fixed so they don't charge you for it after you leave. We left a bunch of screw holes from our picture frames and they did not charge us for that when we left so we were happy.
  I recommend living here if you are thinking about it. It has other negative things but they are pretty insignificant when you take into consideration everything you get.
