  The most ridddiculous scheduling system with zero flexibility. This is the date we have-- take it or leave it attitude. Did not call back when they said they'd call back. I should've listened to folks and not taken Kaiser Dental Plan. Leaving next year. Instead of writing I am sorry to hear that notes on Google their staff would be better utilized if they focus on improving their system if they really care to do good business. They just seem very biased against some people for some reason, because some folks here have given them 5 stars.
