  I received a *****FIVE STAR***** examination, diagnosis and treatment from Dr. Marchand. She diagnosed the problem, ensured that I understood every aspect of it (why it occured, what the treatment would be, and the prognosis). She respected me, my thoughts and opinions (even when they differed from hers) but convinced me she was right simply by offering the facts I needed to understand her professional perspective. She treated my leg pain without the use of narcotics (which I truly appreciated) and invited any unanswered questions. She didn't "hurry me up" as doctors have done in the past. I truly felt like I was sitting with a person who cared about me, my present and future health and my physical comfort!!! Seriously Dr. Marchand, thank you for your wonderful bedside manner!!!   I scheduled a yearly physical, other than getting my blood pressure taken there was nothing done other than arranging for blood tests and going over Opioid medication that I take for the occasional migraines. She was more concerned about taking me off the Opioid medication and advised me that we needed to discuss other options, which we never did. This was the worst Drs appointment I have ever had. What a joke for a physical.
