  They have the volume way too loud. Bring earplugs. When you ask staff to turn down the volume, it'll take 3 times to get it turned down. Louder doesn't make a movie better, it just gives a headache.
  There are no urinals screens in the men's restroom, so you'll have to deal with the next guy's splatter.
  Update: Movie volume was at headache level, so loud it took the enjoyment of seeing a movie altogether. I complained. I was told 2 things; "some people like it that loud" and "the movies come with the volume preset from corporate." I can ask to have it turned down, but they won't adjust the volume unless there is a request.
  My 5-year-old doesn't like this theater, he says, "it's too loud." My tinnitus rings fiercely if I forget to bring earplugs.
