  They don't even deserve 1 star. Worst company ever. They make delivery when they want. They change dates, and don't bother to let you know. They deliver wrong number of water bottles. It doesn't matter you call or make complain, they never call back. If you talk with a manager it doesn't change a thing. Avoid !

  Sierra Springs is the absolute worst. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to voice mail, the service center refuses to provide service... I can't talk to anyone who can help me. They don't advertise their address because they don't want me to visit them in person. They deliver as much water as they want when they want and bill whatever they want. Horrible people.
