  We got to the clinic about three minutes late from when our appointment was scheduled and once the receptionist attended us she claimed that we were 45 minutes late, she said that since we were late they couldn't attend us. I showed her the text I had gotten from Tuality as a reminder proving that I wasn't that late, she still insisted to not take us even after I had my daughter in so much pain. I explained to her that I missed work to bring her to the appointment. Overall she didn't care and was very rude. Not a place recommended to anyone.
